[GT] histogram clipping patch

gt'ers

here's a patch that might do a better job clipping histograms
at top and bottom zone boundaries.

it has a bit of a do it yourself feature; if you prefer the
current style of clipped marking bars with the color value inversed
you need to edit the file -- instructions in the pod explain
how to do it.

as provided the new version allows you to pick your clipping marker
color via options file item "Graphic::Histogram::ClipColor". it defaults
to 'blue'.
old way advantage: excellent contrast between the marker and the bar color.

new way advantage: marker color is constant regardless of the bar color.

in addition, it widens the code used to detect/set individual bar
colors based on the results of an indicator to just 'I' (the standard
indicator abbreviation), but 'Indicators' will also continue to work.

i'll wait 'til coming weekend before committing, unless someone
posts negative feedback before hand.
