RAS, the "@" is still required in this correction. This is only a
performance improvement, without an interface change.
Well, other than having to put your global gt alias directory into your
option file. But as it was not documented that global gt alias directory
existed and required to set your system up in a particular way, this is
not a user-visible change.
Object alias resolution did not change at all. Only the configuration
occurs once, rather than every alias lookup.
