[GT] Hosting the project

Hello,

I will move all the services running on my server to a new (virtualized)
server but I don't want to continue to host everything related to
GeniusTrader on my new host.

So we have to find a new solution. I already mentionned the idea of using
a forge (sourceforge.net or alioth.debian.org or pick your favorite) but
no decision was taken.

Now it's time to decide and to do the move. I can help but you must decide
what you prefer.
