If we switch VCS, I have a clear preference for Git so even if I'm not

But given my git preference and the ML requirement (which should be hosted on
googlegroups.com then), I'm not convinced it's the best choice.
Sourceforge is very generic and probably the best default choice if
there's no consensus on the forge to pick.

Gerrit is heavy to setup AFAIK.
We will also have to decide who is admin on the new forge. Does someone
want to assume the leadership or shall we simply make all committers
co-admins?
