This is not the good way to install modules ...

- download the archive (there's a "download" link on the page I gave you
before)
  http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/M/MR/MROGASKI/Log-Agent-0.303.tar.gz
- decompact it
- perl Makefile.PL
- make
- make install
